Industry Models
INTERDEPENDENCE - together we achieve more!
The Keller Williams Business System is a proven model of how to run a profitable real estate business. Keller Williams was the first to introduce to the real estate industry the model of INTERDEPENDENCE.
Interdependence was born as the model for Keller Williams Realty when Gary Keller asked a group of his agents a simple question: “How can we build a company that everyone will want to join, and no one will want to leave?”

RED DAY
Keller Williams Realty International focuses on helping the communities upon which their Realtors work within on 1 special day a year. This is a day where instead of focusing on buying and selling property for clients, the Keller Williams associates are out in their communities performing focused community service activities.
Helping people and being of service are at the heart of the culture of Keller Williams. Realtors helping Realtors and Keller Williams offices supporting their local communities are a small way that the Keller Williams associates demonstrate their commitment to the culture of Keller Williams Realty.
This day is called RED DAY. It is held on May 14th of each year. RED DAY stands for RENEW, ENERGIZE & DONATE.
